Along the Gold Coast

Day 68 - 11/16/23 - Bilinga

Walking on the beach, enjoying a cappu/latte with muffins and cooling off in the sea (Karin) was the maximum amount of activities we did today.

The next two days are travel days to the Blue Mountains and so we chill out again.

The heat (28 degrees, felt like 35 - so very high humidity) doesn't invite you to do anything more.

Day 69 - 11/17/23 - Port Macquarie

The almost 6 hour journey from Bilinga to Port Macquarie was accompanied by occasional rain showers. When we arrived, however, sunshine and surfers greeted us on our doorstep and the shore decorated with colorful stones gave the whole thing a very relaxed atmosphere.

The time difference is now back to 10 hours compared to Germany and will not change until we return home.

“Journey home” - doesn't sound good somehow - we're not really ready to return to THIS Germany yet.
