Sugarloaf Mountain, Rio de Janeiro

After so much glorious nature, we are now ready for the metropolis Rio de Janeiro and on the first day we take the cable car to the famous 'Pao de Acucar'. The views from up here in all directions are truly breathtaking, especially the view of the magnificent Copacabana beach. Unfortunately, the very high humidity always brings a haze with it. Later, from the Santa Marta hill, we have another beautiful view of this, in the truest sense of the word, grand landmark of the city.
