Chapter 15: Hammerfest, Half Time and Absurd Actions

After two weeks our expedition reaches Hammerfest, the northernmost city in the world until 1998. Shops, public buildings and even the 'Royal and Ancient Polar Bear Society' were already closed when we arrived in the early afternoon.

For this reason, we quickly retreated to the wilderness and devoted ourselves to daily pasta cooking.

The darkness, cold, loneliness, and the seductive dancing Northern Lights do bring out a touch of madness in people.
