I consciously looked back today at what I have experienced so far.

How long this journey has been going on. And how intensely I perceive every single moment.

I am aware in every moment of how special this is.

When I look back, I am simply happy.

I am infinitely grateful that I was able to experience this. 🙏

Grateful for a wonderful woman, for amazing children, for a family that makes all of this possible. A family that supports, carries, and is there when it matters.

Grateful as well for the people around us.

For my nephew's girlfriend, who is rooting for us.

For my older daughter's boyfriend, who also cares deeply.

This companionship, this genuine interest – it deeply touches me.

When I think about it, I can hardly put it into words.

I tear up because I know in every moment how extraordinarily special this is. Not a given. Not repeatable. Simply precious.

This is not the end of this journey.

Tonight we will experience the sunset at 6:30 PM.

Tomorrow morning at 4:20 AM we will see the sunrise.

Then we will continue to Sydney – two days, a place I know, but with a highlight that I won’t reveal yet. I will report on that.

After that, we will head all the way up to the north of Australia, to the tropical regions – where the big crocodiles live. And then it’s homeward bound.

And I am really looking forward to that.

To hold my wife and children in my arms again. ❤️
