Chiang Rai

I continued directly to Chiang Rai after Pai, where I visited the hospital under some circumstances. As it turned out, my toe was better than expected. Lucky me.

The temples in Chiang Rai look different from the standard 'all gold and red temples'. Everything here was portrayed very artistically. Even the toilet was extraordinary - everything was gold-plated. Dad would love it, haha.
