In Huaraz, I felt the altitude of over 3000 meters above sea level for the first time. But my hike to Paron lake was beautiful, even though we had to spend 6 hours on the bus for it.
From here, you could also see the famous mountain from the Paramount Pictures films.
The city itself also has a few beautiful places.
