On Monday Steffen arrived in Göhren with the motorhome, thank God he was safe and sound. It was the first night we were apart since Bruno was born and he had to travel hundreds of kilometers alone. The motorhome also didn't suffer any 'beginner' damage.
In the meantime, my mom and I bought supplies for the trip. Since the cost of living in Scandinavia is supposed to be quite high, we wanted to bring as much as possible.
Well, then we had to pack and unpack again - for the third time on this vacation! I would definitely do it differently next time. This constant moving is really annoying and exhausting.
The motorhome has many storage options. In the kitchen, it provides space for kitchen utensils and food. In the sleeping area, we have two small wardrobes and lots of shelves for Bruno's things. There are also two cabinets in the bathroom. And anything that doesn't fit in the living area ends up in the trunk, which is so big that an adult could sleep in it.
We gave my mom bulky items like suitcases or boxes to save space.
I have to say one thing: We brought WAY TOO MUCH stuff. Next time, I'll only bring half!
