After a good breakfast with farm-fresh eggs🥚 🍳, host Paul took us to meet his "girls", as he lovingly calls his 5 hens, and then introduced us to "Blackadder" and "TimTam", the two alpacas 😊.
Afterwards, we got on a boat to explore the Bay of Islands and the "Hole in a Rock" attraction after taking a stroll through Paihia. We were supposed to see dolphins on this tour, but they didn't show up, so we received a voucher for another boat tour. We'll just have to redeem it next time 😂😂😂.
In the evening, we went to an Indian restaurant at the harbor and enjoyed delicious butter naan and mango chicken 👍😋.
Tomorrow it will be "Poroporoaki Aotearoa" (Farewell New Zealand) and "G'day Australia" as we head to Sydney 🇦🇺
