Sarapiqui Day 2

What a day!

Today we started with a very informative chocolate tour. We not only learned about the cocoa plant processing, but also gained a lot of knowledge about the jungle and finally discovered a sloth.

We spent the afternoon at an organic farm. Here, too, we had a tour of the on-site forest and orchard. The path led past a cinnamon tree to coffee, pepper, plantain trees, clove shrubs, pineapple plantations, yucca palms, cardamom, and much more.

In the evening, we were able to observe howler monkeys, many birds, and frogs in the hotel area.
