Today we left Mas Nou and headed towards Madrid, specifically to Calatayud. About 470 kilometers. The journey was quick, Hampi skillfully guided us to the destination without any issues.
The trip from Mas Nou to Calatayud takes you through some beautiful and diverse landscapes of Spain.
On the way, we passed through several different regions: from the coast and the Mediterranean climate of the Costa Brava, through the hilly and green landscapes of Catalonia, to the somewhat barren and drier region of Aragon.
The changing landscape provides interesting insights into the diversity of Spanish geography, from dense forests to mountains and extensive plains. We pass various cities but do not stop, as one should take enough time for city visits.
In the province of Lleida, particularly in the Catalonia region of Spain, many trees and agricultural crops are cultivated. The area is especially known for its fruit orchards.
