Belgrade and Timisoara

After arriving in Belgrade from Budapest and checking into the 'El Diablo' Hostel, I first had to greet the two cats that our host (Dragan) has there.

The hostel was very 'cozy' and social. At the beginning, I met Alexis with her son Roman from Texas and Can from Turkey.

The next day, Laurie from Canada (the French part) joined us.

We explored some relics of brutalism on our own and then joined the Belgrade underground tour.

Yesterday, I took a minibus from Belgrade to Timisoara that Dragan kindly organized for me.

At the hostel in Timisoara, there was just one other person when I arrived (Skylar, from Phoenix AZ). Later, Sandra from Finland joined us, who had been in the same hostel in Belgrade as I.

We went out in the evening with Mani (from Germany) to a nice bar (Club d'Arte) in Timisoara.

This morning, I took the train to Bucharest at 9:09 AM. I am writing this post from here. I will arrive in Bucharest at 9:15 PM after a 12-hour train ride.
