Griffith Observatory: New Home from Above

To get an overview, we drove to the Griffith Observatory - about 300m high on the south side of Mount Hollywood. In addition to the impressive view of Los Angeles and the famous Hollywood sign, the observatory itself is worth seeing - for example, a huge Foucault pendulum is installed in the entrance area.
