Lisbon

The bus ride from Sines to Lisbon went great.

However, it was still a 2-hour walk from the bus station to the hostel. I mistakenly thought it was closer on the map, but Lisbon is also enormous; it somewhat reminds me of Lima.

I made a good choice with the hostel. Although the room has 8 beds and they are all occupied, the space is quite large, has its own balcony facing the garden, and air conditioning; a true blessing in this heat.

I didn't do much on the day of arrival, but I was pretty 'wiped out.'

The breakfast buffet is fantastic; I'm glad I booked that as well.
