2nd Stage from Hostel on the Hill to Sagres

I slept well through the night, which is no surprise after the long journey in hot weather.

After a good breakfast, which is only served starting at 8:30 AM, I set off for Sagres.

It takes quite a while until I am back at the coast.

There, I make a detour to a beautiful beach. It fills up very quickly with tourists, so I decide not to hike to a second section of the beach but instead walk along the fisherman's path.

There are again lovely sections along the way.

However, it is cooler than yesterday, which remains just a wishful thought.

I watch divers while snorkeling and feel tempted to dive into the cool water myself.

The distance is indeed much shorter than yesterday, but I still feel groggy when I reach my hostel, especially since I also got lost in Sagres.

In the early evening, I meet Kathi and Carsten. We go for a walk and then have a delicious dinner at the Italian restaurant. A lovely evening with the two of them.

Together, we also have a video call with Monika, everything is great.
