Flight to Lima

Phew, luckily I only checked the flight time at the airport in Zurich 😅 1.5 hours to Amsterdam and then another 12 hours to Lima with KLM. Since I had an aisle seat, I stood and moved safely for half of the flight 😉. The food was also great (yes, I always find the food on the plane good 😅) and I could always get a coffee refill. So, 12 hours are long, but looking back, they passed quickly.
In Lima, everything went smoothly: Visa was no issue (but I acted as if I didn't know anything... 🤭), luggage arrived, and the hotel transfer was already waiting. The driver only carried my very light backpack, my beautiful 24kg bag seemed to intimidate him 😂. With the last bit of strength, I carried the luggage to the car myself - fortunately, it wasn't far. After about 45 minutes drive, I finally arrived at the hotel. Yay 🤩

Wir freuen uns dass du gut angekommen bist, und dass wir bei deiner Reise mit zuschauen dürfen.
Bei dem Taxifahrer wäre ich einfach auf der Strasse ist am Auto stehen geblieben hätte gewartet bis er kommt und den schweren Koffer nimmt. In solchen Grossstädten sind sie manchmal sehr unverschämt das ist überall auf der Welt so, ist unsere Erfahrung.

Schön, seit ihr hier abei 🥰🤗. Ach, das mit der Koffer war überhaupt nicht schlimm...😉 Die Leute empfinde ich hier grundsätzlich als sehr angenehm, freundlich und zuvorkommend 🙂. Ich denke, dass dies dann auch im Regenwald so sein wird 😌.Anjaabout 2 years ago

Genau 😁💪 Spanisch läuft 😉 manchmal mehr, manchmal weniger, aber eigentlich gut. Lerne jeden Tag mehr dazu, weil ich hier ja eigentlich einen ultra intensiven Sprachkurs habe 😅
