Day 16: Journey from Soria to Nuévalos

In the morning, we take it slow and enjoy the sun in the hammock and by the river in Soria. Meanwhile, a group of rally drivers has taken over the idyllic spot, making it a bit easier for us to leave...

In Soria, we go shopping and fill up our water tank. Then it's 'back on the road'. Our destination for today is the Piedra Monastery in Aragon. But first, we take a lunch break in Almazán at a cozy picnic spot under the trees.

We continue our journey and enter Aragon. In the afternoon heat, we arrive at the Monasterio de Piedra. Because we are very, very tired, we take some time to rest.

In the evening, under the cover of darkness, we sneak into the monastery park. What will we discover here? We see an impressive waterfall and are filled with excitement... only to learn the next day that the monastery park is home to countless breathtaking waterfalls...
