From Adelaide to Brisbane...

Today is a travel day - after the many great impressions of Kangaroo Island my plane leaves Adelaide for Brisbane at noon...

I spend the morning organizing my travel luggage a bit...

The approach to Brisbane shows a completely different city than what I saw in Sydney and Adelaide... The river snakes through the skyscrapers....

South Brisbane is quite nice - I stroll around a bit and get a rough impression of this city with 2 million inhabitants...

I finally find a nice French restaurant - 'French Martini' - with very good food, a beautiful ambience and a great wine list...

Just before half past nine, I make my way back to my hotel. I'm pretty tired, it's summery in Brisbane - I guess the sudden rise in temperature is taking its toll on me...

The way back is beautiful - Brisbane is immersed in a sea of lights...

Then I have one more drink at the bar and then I go back to dreamland... Tomorrow I will take a city tour from the river...
