Tag 1: Start of the adventure journey

Today at 8.52am the start of my birthday surprise trip. An hour later we met Sabrina at the airport. The first leg ended in Amsterdam on a houseboat. It was a bit sobering. But I don't think this is everything. At least the weather was better than in Switzerland. Since the boat is a bit away from the city center, Sunday turned into a hiking day. This led us to a great steak house (De Nachtwacht). Afterwards we fought our way through the red light district. In the meantime, we are sitting tired on our houseboat with a cup of tea.
