Hermanus & Cape Agulhas

January 14: We visit Hermanus and Cape Agulhas on our way to our next accommodation. In Hermanus, we search in vain for whales, which do not stay off the coast at this time of year. At Cape Agulhas, we take a short hike to the southernmost point of South Africa. Geography lesson for Fa: there the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet (geographical boundary), but you can't see that at this point.
