31 July Zucchini casserole that is addictive

Picture above recipe for zucchini casserole. It tastes really really excellent. I can only recommend it. My family loved it. Of course... not the children. They don't eat zucchinis. For them, there was semolina dumpling soup again today. For dessert, there were pancakes with blueberries. Had a very quiet day today. The children were in a holiday program here at the museum. I went for a walk by the sea and through the town again. And as I said, then I cooked afterwards. The weather is still nice although the wind is still a bit chilly. But in the sun it is delightful.

The children will also go to this leisure program at the museum tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. So it's a quiet week after all. Actually, like always...
