I actually managed to take a picture of the sunrise. Even without setting my alarm clock. I just happened to wake up. There is a beautiful viewpoint about two minutes away from where I live, where you can see the sunrise very well. There's something special about a sunrise. The tranquility and the sound of birds chirping is just amazing. No one else around. I brought a cup of coffee with me and just enjoyed the moment. I stayed there for almost an hour. When I got home, I made myself another cup of coffee and sat in front of my house reading. We had breakfast relatively early today, around 9 o'clock. Karin did a big cleaning in the house. She really tidied up and everything...
Then I cleaned up the kitchen and made a Swabian potato salad. We had lunch around 3 o'clock. We had the potato salad with baked cod fish. It was delicious. The family went swimming again and I made myself comfortable in the hammock and read. Starting tomorrow, I have to take the kids to the holiday camp at 9:30 in the morning and pick them up at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, so Karin and I went for a drive around town. It was a good idea because I couldn't remember how to put the car in reverse anymore. Well, I would have tried it out tomorrow morning anyway. So it looks like another relaxed week ahead.
