So, there is actually sunshine in Lima. How much warmer it will get. We had it nice and warm around noon; now the high fog has come back.

Here are a few more pictures of walking the dog.

Today we were in a big supermarket. We had the feeling that there were more people working there than shopping. At the entrance to the parking garage, we were handed a slip of paper with the arrival time written in by hand. Then there were seat attendants and guards and someone standing at the shopping carts. At the entrance to the supermarket, an employee greeted us. The next one pointed out the 2nd mask and disinfected our hands. In the supermarket, the employees and cleaning staff almost stood on each other's feet. Special offers were advertised everywhere. If we didn't find something immediately, we didn't have to look far for an employee who then led us to the product. The prices here are relatively high. There were also at least 2 employees at the cash register. And when you paid, the receipt was stamped again a little further on. This is how jobs are created here too. And when you drove out in the car, you handed in the parking ticket again. Everyone is treated very courteously here.
