Yes, you should eat Salzburger Nockerln in Salzburg. Nevertheless, we were drawn into this sushi trap, which promptly snapped shut. Well, to be fair, we have had luck with 'sushi somewhere' before. But not this time: rice completely overcooked, plate still had traces of the last Japanese-Chinese conflict. The fish was at least fresh, which we can only confirm tomorrow... Well, the fun was still not lacking and now it's time for dessert: apple strudel or something. 😊
