A typical Sunday

Good evening,

today our day started 'relatively late'. Our alarm clock rang at 09:15 am so that we could have breakfast. This breakfast was the best we have had so far. A proper buffet, a little bit of everything and an 'egg station' where you can have your egg cooked/fried just the way you like. 🤩

Afterwards, Mareike and I put on our bikinis and spent the whole morning at the panoramic pool. We relaxed, slept, and jumped into the pool to cool off. Around 3 pm, we went out to eat something. We found a small Italian restaurant and had bruschetta for lunch there.

In the afternoon, when the midday sun was over, we went to the Ubud market, which was a 25-minute drive away. We wandered through the streets and bought some things.

After 3 hours at the Ubud market, we went back to the Italian restaurant where we had lunch before because we liked it so much, and had dinner there.

Afterwards, we went back to the hotel, packed our backpacks, and now we're in bed. Today we will go to bed earlier because tomorrow we will continue at 06:30 am. We are leaving Ubud and going to a neighboring island. 😍

Today was a very relaxed Sunday, so there wasn't quite as much to tell. 🙈
