3rd November - another lazy day

We both didn't sleep well last night. So it will be another lazy day. The groceries are done, the laundry is washed.

With this keyword, we have to admit that we brought too much luggage. Every holiday park and motel has a laundry, including a washing machine and dryer. Ironing board and iron are also available. We could have easily managed with less than half of what we brought with us.

When we set off again soon, there will definitely be something to see that I will report on later.

Moeraki Boulders. That's where we ended up. First, we went to the German Bakery again and bought a dark rye loaf. Looks very delicious! And it tastes like it too. After that, we drove to a lookout point where you can overlook the whole city and the bay. We wanted to see yellow-eyed penguins next. But unfortunately, they didn't show up today. However, there were two lazy seals on the beach that we approached to about 15 meters. And then, after a drive on a side road right along the sea, we reached the destination mentioned above: Moeraki Boulders. These are large round boulders lying on the beach. It's like a giant was playing marbles. Beautiful! There are photos of everything described. It's just a matter of time, or rather the internet, when I can upload these pictures...
