I don't really like inside day, you barely have time for anything. Preparing the food, washing everything and preparing it again. Just takes a long time.

During that you're cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and washing the whole day. Like a professional maid from the 80's, or thats how I imagine it at least.

Phil had the inside shift with me. It was a lot more chaotic today and we forgot a lot of the preparation things like the none gluten bread, taking the fish out of the freezer or how you are actually supposed to make the food, since the cooking book just says 'ask johanna'.

Other than that I learned some new things, rules and stories. Basically every note and warning label has a story behind it. Like the water cooker with 'max' written on it. One volunteer once filled it all the way to the top, so when the water cooked it exploded all over the kitchen.

Or the heating oven has a very detailed description on how to use it because one volunteer once misused it and the water inside the house had gotten over a 100° hot and bursted out of the roof of the house through a 'safety' release.

Also volunteers are no longer allowed to drive the cars. Which is another story.

Our new guests arrived during the day and are staying for one week. They are nice but a bit more confused than our previous guests. They are also struggling quite a bit more with the dogs.

We will see how this week turns out.
Tomorrow I have another off day which I will mostly use to just help the others.
