Dear friends,
I hope you are all well and doing fine! I am looking forward to seeing some of you soon.
Time flies.....but during this time, many adventures, thoughts, memories, light as well as shadows, serenity, and much joy have happened.
After Julian and I parted ways in Bali, I decided to return to Germany after 10 days. The determining factors were that I missed Mahin, I was looking forward to seeing friends, my southwest and northeast homeland, and traveling in the vicinity and Europe with Mahin.
In addition, there was a little nuisance named 'Ronny' in the southern homeland, whom I should take care of because he still had some minor ailments and needed a lot of attention.
Just a handful of days after returning from Southeast Asia in early October, my dear friend Christin from the Allgäu region visited me with her camper to hang out with me and Bus 'Ronny' at my grandmother's garden, along the Rhine, and in Freiburg.
This meant that two buses, one dog, one cat, my sister and her little family, and my grandmother were living in the house and on the property.
After Christine left with her red car, I enjoyed the golden October extensively in my home region of Markgräflerland with Mahin in the bus.
In November, I packed my dear mom and Mahin and drove with them to the enchanting dunes of Holland, to Utrecht, and to Amsterdam. We enjoyed the vacation very much, even though it was a slightly different Holland vacation than I had known before ;)
Then a dear friend from Berlin visited me in the southern homeland, and we explored Freiburg and the Swiss Alps together.
Spontaneously, I got hold of a leftover concert ticket for an electronic music act in London, where I had very funny and entertaining days. To my surprise, I had very good food in England, especially in London. It was extraordinarily delicious. The first few days, I explored London in a group of 12, and then I continued to explore this hip and fast-paced city alone. On the last day, I took the train south for an hour to Brighton to spend a few hours by the sea and on the pier. What a special place, even though it's not overly beautiful, but it's special to me...
The last two months of my time off will soon begin, and I will be able to acclimatize in Berlin before Christmas and on New Year's Eve, as I will move back to my apartment on the Spree River in my northeastern homeland in March. My beloved studies will resume in April, and I am looking forward to it.
Greetings from the world.
Vanessa
