Hi guys,
today we had a calm and eventful day. After an early departure from the campsite, we drove to Agnes Water. This is a small quiet place, somewhat secluded from other civilization on the coast. After taking care of breakfast at the supermarket here, we went to the beach. A great beach, not really suitable for swimming, but visually a real dream!😍
Not too crowded and incredibly big with golden sand!😊
However, the selection of campsites in this town is quite limited, so we started our search in the morning.
Eventually, we chose a beautifully located campsite with a great view over the region to the sea. But not only that! The campsite is also a refuge for kangaroos. Kangaroos get food here and are taken care of, but since there are no fences around the area, they can come and go as they please!
A great idea, which the kangaroos clearly appreciate. So far we have only seen kangaroos from the car, but here at the campsite they live almost everywhere!
During the daily feeding, we were able to observe a few kangaroos up close and even pet them. A great experience and kangaroos have really soft fur!
We also had some nice conversations with some fellow campers while at the campsite, along with about 50 kangaroos hopping around. We had dinner and a warm shower during sunset. Now we are in bed and will go to sleep soon!
Maybe tomorrow will greet us
Greetings from Agnes Water, Australia!🇦🇺
Your Tim!😊
Today's temperature: 34 degrees with 40% humidity!☀️
