Goodbye Cuzco

We have embraced Cuzco, despite its altitude, with its people, markets, and the beautiful surroundings. We have not dealt much with cow heads and snail slime, but we have indulged in fresh juices, juicy alpaca steaks, delicious surprises made from avocado and chicken, and crispy pastries in sweet and savory flavors. The coffee here is also great, the food is more digestible, vegetable-heavy, and more refined than in Brazil. Okay, we ignored the street with the pig meat pots 🤣. But not, sorry Susi🙈, the Cuy, better known as guinea pig🐭🐷🙊. As punishment, I only got 2 dry legs instead of the expected juicy roast that tempted us on our road trips along the roadside🤣. Confession see the blackboard😇. Carlos is happy about the driving job to the airport, off we go to Arequipa, the white city, the second largest city in Peru.
