Hey, now it's Elisa's turn to write. I can't always leave everything to the 'adults'. That would be too much for them. Especially since today is Steffi's birthday. (which was already 2 days ago 🤪)
Well, let me tell you a little bit. We got up early in the morning, of course, we sang Happy Birthday and gave presents. Then we made our way to the ferry point. Got tickets and off to the water. After a little wait, our ferry arrived. Many people also wanted to get on (and they all did) and Amy and I sat upstairs while Mom (Cindy) and Steffi (Mom 2, so to speak) sat downstairs. Long story short.
When we finally arrived in Brest, we first looked at what there was to see here.
Besides the exciting things like unspectacular gondola rides to even more unspectacular places and visits to creperies (although they were really delicious), according to the others, the ferry ride was the most thrilling. If anyone asks, nothing happened, it was just a ferry ride. 🤷🏼♀️
And of course, this ferry only goes back once a day... That means we were trapped in this city from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m...
In the end, we briefly went into a store where Amy bought a great Pokemon book in French. (as if she could read any of it 🤣)
But at the end of the day, we were glad to be back at our motorhome. To be honest, I wouldn't have tolerated another minute in this city.
Conclusion: It's a shame to go to Brest on a birthday because there is nothing there and it's not really worth a visit.
