Arrived in paradise...

...even though the journey wasn't easy. The trip from Siem Reap to the Thai island of Koh Chang took about 13 hours. If it had just been a long bus ride, it would have been half as exhausting 🥴 but the border crossing from Cambodia to Thailand took 3 hours 😤 During that time, we stood in line with many other people. We don't know if it took longer than usual on May 12th because something was going on. It was one of the most exhausting experiences we've ever had. 

We were rewarded for our efforts: 

We have a suite with a pool 😍😍😍

We knew all along that we wanted to relax in Thailand. We didn't know we would treat ourselves to such a great resort 😅

And that is presented to us almost every evening 🥰 

We can really relax here and we are doing great 😍 That's why we're staying here until May 25th 🇹🇭❣
