The beach in the city

Today I was just tired, after waking up and having breakfast I went straight back to sleep at lunchtime. My afternoon nap lasted 3 hours - I never normally take an afternoon nap!

When I woke up around 3:30 p.m., I was unsure: should I spend the rest of the day reading or should I go out again - is it worth it, because it's already dark here at 6 p.m. - Yes, it's worth it, get out! This time we went towards the city center with the CityCat boat bus, which is much quicker than with the normal bus... I got off in Southbank and had a great view of the city's high-rise buildings. While strolling around I saw a beach and pool in the middle of the city (with a lifeguard). Everything was so beautifully laid out, soft white sand, palm trees and other plants on the edge and various swimming pools. The sun was about to set and I was able to take this great picture - simply gorgeous.

There was even a small city garden nearby with herbs, fruit and vegetables for everyone to taste and try. And there was also a Nepalese pagoda there, which dates back to the 1988 World Exhibition.
