Fascination Mountain Landscape

24th and 25th July 2023

In Colombia, we already said that this year we have to climb the Zugspitze. I don't like to keep ideas in my brain for too long, especially when they are relatively easy to implement.

We started yesterday, this time by bus. The big advantage: accommodation is taken care of. Farina will join us on Thursday evening and then we'll choose the cheapest day to hike up.

I always find driving boring. After 200 km, I already need a break. It's nice to have so much time. Yesterday, we only went as far as Landsberg. Because if I'm already driving to Bavaria, I like to make a detour to Melanie and her family. A very nice evening with sausages and more. Afterwards, a short bike ride to show me the jogging route for the next morning. Finally, a game of Yahtzee. Thank you for this beautiful summer evening with you. This time, the camper van is not parked at the camper van parking lot, there is a festival here. Thanks to Melanie's tip with the parking lot of the vocational school, I had a wonderfully quiet night. Now I'm putting on my sneakers and off we go.

After breakfast in front of the witch's house (I'm always thrilled with it), we cycled to the festival. Everyone except me enjoyed the rides. I'm not a fan, but I'm happy to see others having fun.

After that, we went to Kaufering for some ice cream. After arriving in Landsberg, I said goodbye and drove towards Grainau to the campsite. I'm staying here for a week. I want to go hiking and use the campsite's sauna in the evening. Om.
