3 June Cooking: Cheese Spätzle

So, today was the first day alone. The family doesn't want breakfast in the morning, so I went upstairs after everyone left the house. I tidied up the kitchen briefly and then made myself breakfast. Leisurely read my newspaper and then went shopping around 10:30. There are three shopping options nearby. You can get everything there. I looked around the area a bit and was back home around 1 pm. Today I cooked cheese spätzle with ham. The kids wanted that. The grandma from Germany comes from Immenstadt and that's why they know cheese spätzle. Luckily, you can keep cheese spätzle warm. Except for Leif, no one was there at 4:30. Karin and Antonia came around 7pm and I don't know when Florentin came. We quickly ate and then I went back to the water. I sat in a restaurant in the marina and had a glass of white wine. After that, I walked along the water for a while. I didn't get home until around 11pm and it's still bright outside. Life can go on like this.
