Tag 1 | Varel - Saint-Brieuc

The first day... We are sitting on the first train at 6:00 am. I am pretty tired and Anja has packed sandwiches 😅 Without her, I would starve today. The Deutsche Bahn is showing its best today... all trains are delayed and we have to replan all connections. But we arrive on time in Paris with a bright blue sky and 23 degrees 🌞 The streets and cafes are bustling with life here. Corona is forgotten. We stroll through the city from Gare de L'est to Gare de Montparnasse and let the busy atmosphere soak in. Past the Centre Pompidou and the remains of Notre Dame. We also have to eat the first cheese crepe 😊 Then we continue by train to Saint-Brieuc via Rennes. Our first hotel is waiting for us there...
