Hey! 😃
I am a bit behind, so here is the next super exciting blog post from me! 😎
In this blog post, I'm sharing about my first Graduation Day with an American feel. 🇺🇸
The graduation took place last Saturday. The parents came to the ranch already on Friday at noon. Of course, my parents had been there a bit longer. 😁 In the evening there was a cozy campfire. 🔥
We had a little song rehearsal among the students on Saturday morning, as we all performed a song together. When it was time, pictures were taken beforehand of the students, then of the counseling families and the associated students and staff. Then you could still take family pictures. 📸
What can I say, I was a bit excited, because it was all totally new with the procedure. When we got our typical American dress (also called 'rope' in America), I didn't know how to put it on properly at first. It felt really strange in these things. So unfamiliar. I thought I was in the wrong movie. 🍿🎬 Anyway, I wasn't the only one wearing it. 😂
The program started with lunch together and then we watched the student video where you could see pictures and where the students were interviewed. 🎙 It is worth watching the video to get an idea of the school program.

I don't even know what counseling family I'm getting now for next year and what room I'll be in. Lots of changes again. Some are leaving, some are coming. 🤷🏼♀️
Quick update on where I am right now: In the Dominican Republic 🏝 I had told you that I had to leave the US to renew my visa and also re-register. Yes, and this is where I ended up. 🤣 But there will be a new blog entry next weekend. 😊
See you hopefully soon again! 🙋🏼♀️
