From Murg to Lörrach

Murg: Natural Campground
Rhine at Murg

In Bad Säckingen stands the longest covered wooden bridge in Europe. The bridge is over 200 m long and makes no 'wooden noises' when cycling on it, even though it is over 400 years old. Very impressive.

We have seen nature trails on our journey repeatedly. Today seems to be the day of technology and it brings us another educational energy path. This way we finally find out how the electricity at home comes out of the socket.

Rheinfelden (Swiss side)

Rheinfelden has always been industrialized, known in the past for dioxin scandals, today in addition to Evonik there are also recycling companies operating commercially.

Basel announces itself from afar with the two towers of the company Roche. However, the hints on the bridge seem to be necessary, there are several such stickers.

Bike signage at eye level: Schwarzwaldbrücke in Basel. However, the trucks also drive directly on the lane next to it towards the highway.
