Today we visited the nearby town of Pemperton, where the traces of the former gold diggers can still be seen. On the way there we took a detour to Nairn Falls, a spectacular waterfall with a 90° curve in Nairn Falls Provincial Park.
In the afternoon we explored the "Upper Village" of Whistler, from where the gondolas take skiers into the mountains in winter. There we ended the day comfortably with a poutine on a sun terrace.
