Tag 216 - From Buon Ma Thuot to Ho Chi Minh by plane

Hello everyone

Unbelievable, but today everything went according to plan!

We woke up in the morning, packed everything comfortably, moved our motorcycles and drained the fuel from mine. Since we are not sure if the tank repair will hold for so long, we didn't want to take any risks. We don't want to leave the motorcycles there and have the owners thank us with a gasoline-soaked ground.

After that, we took a quick shower, finished packing, and then we were ready to go. One of the hotel staff even kindly drove us to the airport for CHF 6.-! Everything went smoothly. We checked in, smoked a cigarette, and didn't have to stand in line anywhere. Quickly through the security check and ready to board. We didn't have to wait anywhere, a really comfortable journey! The plane even landed 20 minutes earlier! To be honest, the flight was a bit bumpy and we were not at all sad when we could leave the plane :).

Things continued to be great in Ho Chi Minh as well. We could walk to the hotel (15 minutes) and there was even a McDonald's along the way! Hihi - and the world keeps turning :).

After a short stop there, we continued to the hotel and entered the room. It's nothing special, but it's good enough for one night and CHF 12.- :).

A little later, we took a quick walk through the streets of the city and observed the colorful hustle and bustle. You can't imagine the traffic here! But looking at it from the outside, quite funny :).

Now we're back in the room, relaxing a bit, and waiting for tomorrow and the further trip to Thailand.
