On Tuesday, Cynthia and I were working at the Packhouse again, unfortunately it was the last day there because the work there is really relaxed, maximum 4 hours per day. After that, Cynthia went back to waitressing at the café. In the evening, our room was crowded around Anne's laptop and we watched the movie 'Up' 😊

On Wednesday, Dave came to our room in the morning and asked me if I wanted to pick oranges starting the next day for the next two weeks.

So Thursday morning at 8:30am, I was picked up here at the hostel and worked for 8 hours, and even get paid over a dollar more than the minimum wage. We worked on an organic farm where no pesticides are used, which means the trees are full of bees.

We spent the whole day climbing around the orange trees, had a total of 4 breaks, and had fun conversations. We can eat the oranges whenever we want and at the end of the day, we even get the 'rejected' oranges as gifts. I have to go there again on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

On Friday, I did a daily job with Jonas, during which Jonas cut his finger - unfortunately, it was a deep cut and it didn't stop bleeding all weekend.
