Red rocks, red bridges

Good Morning Moab,

The night in our super luxury cabin wasn't very luxurious. The air conditioning is so loud that I slept with earplugs and it was still loud. That was the first of 4 nights in our luxury accommodation 🙄

Good morning, it's 7 o'clock and the temperatures are pleasant and we're heading towards Arches National Park.

I have also visited this national park 28 years ago and it has always been my favorite.

We don't have to pay an entrance fee again, since we're here before 8 o'clock and we're slowly wondering why we bought a pass. But it goes to a good cause. The national parks are well maintained.

First, we drive to the Dedicate Arch. My favorite place in the park.

The hike over rocks and cliffs is exhausting, but we have our breakfast with us 😉

There we are... you can hardly see us 😀

It's so fantastic up here. But it's already damn hot again. The recommendation here is to bring 4 liters of water per person. Our water supply is completely depleted at the end of the tour. We continue to the Landscape Arch, which is also associated with a hike.

Finally, we visit the Turret Arch (I have no idea if it has anything to do with the Turret Syndrome 😉),

the North and South Window,

it looks like it's about to collapse.

Even the Balanced Rock looks dangerous.

The Double Arch.

Arches upon arches... Sanddune Arch

Stones upon stones

Let's go back to our 'luxury accommodation' where at least cold beer is waiting 🍻🍻
