Birthday party and the hot pools

Wɔatintim: 23.10.2016

On Saturday evening, we finally celebrated Fritz's birthday. We went to New World to do some shopping - and Marlene drove for the first time with an automatic car and her first time in New Zealand, it was quite funny 😂😄

Back at the hostel, we started drinking and playing various drinking games until around 11 o'clock when we headed towards downtown.

We partied for another 1-2 hours in the pub until it closed and then slowly made our way back home.

On Sunday, we lazed around, played Pictionary (you get a word and have to draw it - the others have to guess what it is), which sometimes caused difficulties with the translation of the words, but overall it was quite funny.

In the evening, Jonas, Nik, Fritz, Cynthia and I went to the hot water pools. It was really pleasant to sit and relax in the warm (sometimes extremely hot or cold) pool, even though it was quite difficult with the smell of rotten eggs (sulfur springs). 😄

At around 10 o'clock we drove back and later desperately tried to get rid of the smell in the shower. 😄
