The flight was quite quiet. The seats were about the same quality as the seats on the flight from Kona to Denver - narrow, hard, tight but with legroom. (Incidentally, we got the money back from the seat reservation back then). I found the flight attendants unmotivated and sometimes a bit cheeky. Shahaatz had suggested that because the Indian family next to us had seen a film without headphones, they should simply offer headphones instead of speaking to the on-board staff. Sometimes these are communication problems. The answer was: “That’s by design because you don’t have that many.”
And the only thing that doesn't work is to gossip about passengers in the hallway because you think they don't understand you.
The meal went well, I just keep wondering who would think of something like that. The combination alone wouldn't come to mind.
After 5 1/2 hours we land in Frankfurt on time. Now run and drive halfway through the airport, then take the wrong turn and go through passport control and security again
have to go 🤨. Now I'm a bit irritated because here too the pace is going at a snail's pace, which isn't a bad thing. A miserable snake - unbelievable. But forget about it, we arrive at the gate on time. And as Shahaatz says, the common thread continues. Boarding begins 30 minutes late. An outdoor space. And so we take the bus and drive and drive past, among other things, our plane from Halifax, to the very last machine in the row. We soon spent longer on the bus than we did flying to Hanover. We were supposed to start at 9:05, and at 9:34 we finally set off towards the runway. After another 5 minutes of travel, we take off for the last time. The flight time is 35 minutes, well that brings up the question again, are domestic flights really still up to date?
But we are happy to be home again.
