The Great Bike Tour Day 42: Munich and home

I have slept in this room for over 50 years, that's how long my parents have lived in Geibelstraße - third floor, no elevator. Luckily, because this way my 85-year-old, heart-diseased, frail and skin cancer-marked father is forced to go up the stairs every day after his little good morning walk with two crutches. I am convinced that this keeps him "young" and he would deteriorate even more quickly if he didn't have this training.

Unlike yesterday, taking the bike on the Eurocity and later on the RegionalExpress is easy. And I take the S-Bahn to Zeilsheim - I have already ridden along the Main River 6 weeks ago :)

It feels strange to be settled again - I hope this is not my last big bike tour.
