Finale in Muscat
The last two days of our journey we stay in Muscat again, visits to the awesome Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and our favorite district of Mutrah are on the schedule, rest of the time we enjoy the amenities of the Chedi Hotel and the sea with its 26 degree water temperature.
Early in the morning of 23.03, we head to the impressive new Muscat International Airport (opened in 2018 with 'only' 2 years delay) and then continue to Vienna via Dubai.
This is now the last blog of our Oman journey in 2022, we hope you enjoyed it, you are welcome to send comments or suggestions for improvement.

Ich war ja kürzlich erstmals für einige Tage in den VAE - und daher hab ich mit besonderem Interesse eure Kommentare gelesen, die auch bei mir Erinnerungen hoch kommen haben lassen.
Wunderbare Eindrücke, herrliche Bilder!
Ist es nicht beeindruckend, wie anpassungsfähig "der Mensch" ist, wie es uns gelingt uns zu adaptieren, wo immer hin uns das Schicksal auch auf die Welt kommen hat lassen.
Gutes Wiederhineinfinden in den steirischen Alltag.
Die Trockenheit hier wird euch fast bekannt vorkommen....
