Alpencross with the MTB (in the trunk)

Ulf started from Pirna at 6:30 am. Because it is also raining in Chemnitz, we load the car in the underground garage.

The navigation system is optimistic and shows us a destination time of 3:15 pm.

After 13 hours of driving, we finally arrived. Until Nuremberg, we had virtually empty streets, which then became increasingly crowded. Heavy rain slowed us down repeatedly. From Munich, the streets became increasingly crowded, but the traffic ran smoothly until the Brenner. From there, we only went forward to Affi in stop-and-go traffic. The wet cloud cover cleared more and more as we approached Lake Garda - our destination.

Curiously, we took a little walk through our cottage. From the terrace, we have a great view of the western shore of the lake and the sunset.

Now we have gone for dinner in just seven minutes walking distance. In the restaurant 'El Soleie' - also with a great view of the lake - we indulge in delicious food to prepare for our bike vacation.
