Tuesday, 28.01. Dunedin, Elm Wildlife Tour

After a cozy breakfast and setting up the blog in the morning, we will be picked up at 3:00 PM by ElmWildlifeTours. We will take a tour to the Otago Peninsula and get to know the nature and wildlife there. Rare Yellow-eyed Penguins, Albatrosses, and Sea Lions live here. The tour will be accompanied by an experienced guide who will take us to the best observation spots where we can watch the local animals. We will see the penguins come out of the sea and learn a bit more about the sea lions and fur seals of the region. At the beginning of the tour, we can observe majestic Royal Albatrosses soaring over the land at Taiaroa Head from a cliff.

Furthermore, the peninsula is wild and the tour is fun. We won't return until around 9:00 PM.
