1 week of job search paid off💸

Atejade: 12.02.2023

We are getting back to you.

I would say, one week of intensive job search paid off.

After many, many rejections and square eyes, we actually found what we were looking for relatively quickly (the sushi mantra helped🍣).

A lovely café in the middle of nowhere.

Dunkeld [Victoria (South Australia)], an 800-people village where definitely no bear is dancing, luckily, I hate bears. However, we are nestled in the Grampians National Park and we are pretty happy about that, because honestly, at a certain age, you are too old for this shit. 🏙(Big city life)[Schmiddl, that's for you]

Hostel life is nice, but for our taste, too much baguette🥖 (there are so many French people here).

Nevertheless, we had a good week, soaked up lots of vitamin D, took many steps, and enjoyed the beaches. But one thing we have to admit about you Australians:

damn delicious and affordable sushi

always friendly and never grumpy

they know how to get drunk, screw like an octopus, bend the corrugated iron properly, and preferably do it daily - cheers mates-

From next week onwards, it's all about hard work at Goldkopf's house 👩‍🦳👨‍🦳, although we hope to get a lot from the café [https://www.instagram.com/izzyscafedunkeld/] and the restaurant [https://www.instagram.com/izzysrestaurantskoroit/], not only a decent salary for our actual trip, but also a lot of experience for future projects (more on this maybe in the distant future).

But one thing I can say, 3 continents in one week cause back pain. (Is this work and travel only for 18-year-old Lisas?)

One more thing..

Why the hell is the mullet so trendy here?!

Peace out, your Goldköpfe👩‍🦳👨‍🦳
