Civil wedding on Roseninsel

Hello everyone,

Since yesterday, I am officially Mrs. Göttmann :)

We had a dreamy wedding on Roseninsel in Lake Starnberg. The weather was beautiful and sunny. I highly recommend the island to anyone who wants to get married.

The kind ferryman picked us up from the Glockensteg with his beautiful wooden boat. The ride only took a few minutes.

From the wedding hall, the guests and the bridal couple can directly see Lake Starnberg and, on a clear day, even the Alps. After the ceremony, you are directly led into the rose garden, where all the roses were in full bloom during our time. It couldn't have been better.

After that, we had a lovely champagne reception and plenty of time to take lots of photos before the ferryman took us back.

For lunch and the afternoon celebration, we had it at my parents' garden. We had a vegetarian/vegan catering from Grüner Sepp, which was absolutely delicious!

Our lively celebration went on until 4:30 in the morning!

It was truly a dreamy day.

I will write to you next time when we go on our mini honeymoon to Europa Park in two weeks.
