Como and Senegallia Italy

The journey continues towards freedom, and we are already feeling an immense anticipation for our time in Greece. In the early afternoon, we look for a suitable parking spot – this time even a paid one – to spend a quiet night. We end up in Como. A walk towards Lake Como reveals that we have landed in a big city. Oh my goodness... no, we really don't need that. OK, we have seen Lake Como... but that's about it, and we don't need to write more about it... beautiful is different.

The night goes peacefully, and we wake up early. Secure the things, pay, and off we go, we make breakfast on the way. Driving to the car in Como... let's say... is not ideal... a complete hustle and bustle even in the morning. We want to get through Milan quickly, but thousands of others thought the same, and it was no longer quick. But that’s complaining on a high level... it was always moving forward. We pass stunning landscapes, fog-covered valleys, and the impressive (I like to use this word 😂 ... in Po Sand...) mountains. At a really pleasant rest area, we take a break to catch up on breakfast with coffee. We feel more and more freedom coming our way.

In the early afternoon, we look for a parking spot about 27 km before Ancona. In the town of Senegallia in Italy, we found a parking space in front of a small football field... we thought there was nothing going on. We head directly to the Adriatic, which was only a few minutes' walk from the site. We walk to the main road, cross it, turn off, and have to pass through a tunnel that was 1.50 m high. Freddy laughed and said that no car would come the other way 😂😂😂. Well, several vehicles passed through... respect. We end up on the beach of Senegallia. It's a really nice beach, although already prepared for winter, but truly great. A kilometer-long beach and plenty of restaurants that are closed now in the winter season... but wind, water, and a fresh breeze in our noses...

On the way back to the Rex, we do a little shopping and then make ourselves comfortable. The hamburgers taste exquisite again, and we start the night... movie time..... I need to watch the rest of the last episode of season 5 of Yellowstone since I fell asleep a bit early the night before 😁. Freddy watches a bit longer, and I sleep the sleep of the righteous.
